Pony Day Experience
from 9am to 3pm on the following days during the Summer Holidays:
28th, 29th, 30th July
2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th August
9th, 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th of August
16th, 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th of August
No activities week of the 22nd August
30th, 31st August, 1st, 2nd and 3rd of September
£60 per child
What happens during a Pony day experience?
You will learn how to catch a pony in the field;
groom, plaiting, and learn about tack.
Making up your stable and
making hay nets and filling up the water,
connection work and clicker
training with your ponies.
Stables will need to be mucked out and left clean and tidy. You will learn how to, make beds, hay nets, feed, tack up/off, cleaning tack, grooming, leading ponies in and out of the fields. If the weather is not kind to us warm/waterproof clothing to be worn, no trainers, We do have some hats however it is best to bring your own if you hav
e one, hats to be worn whilst working around the ponies. Sun cream if it is hot and plenty of water/juice. For further information on these days please email: info@horsewyse.org.uk for more information and a booking form. Please remember it is limited to only 4 children.
